How do I determine which users are following what element discussions?

Issue

When I receive an email indicating that someone has commented on an element there is a note at the bottom of the email that says how many people are following the conversation. How can I find in the system who those people are?

Resolution

To better understand the mechanism of the "following", please visit http://help.metricinsights.com/m/Adding_Context_to_Metrics/l/217449-understanding-following

In order a user is showed as a "follower", he must meet following conditions:

1. User must have one of this boxes checked: http://prntscr.com/9egz0b.

2. User must have access to the element (Note: admins has access to all elements).

3. User mustn't unfollow discussion manually.

If user meets those conditions he will be showed as a "Follower".

Knowing this, you can simply compute approximate number of users that are following the conversation.
