When I configured Tableau connection profile in Metric Insights and try "Test Connection" I get the following error:

Data was saved, but the connection test failed.com.metricinsights.collector.plugin.tableau.exceptions.MITableauHttpRuntimeException: Unauthorized. Check your credentials

First of all you need to verify if you entered the correct tableau user credentials into the connection profile.

If those are correct then send logs to Metric Insights Support team at [email protected]. To do it please go to Admin > Status Monitor > Application Errors > Get error logs > Check "send log files to Metric Insights support" and click "Ok".
